Secret To Short Form Copy......

Everyone knows what copywriting is!

To persuade the user to take an action…..blah blah blah!

But, do you know that ….

There are different types of copies for different types of actions?

Yes, you were kept in the dark till now!

But don’t worry, I’m here to enlighten you!

If you want to sell something to the reader, then you will have to write a complete description of the product in such a way that the reader can’t deny the product.

These are called sales pages, and they come under the category of Long form copies.

But, in order to drive traffic to these sales pages, you will have to write short form copies such as, Facebook ADs, Emails, Social Media posts etc.

The purpose of these short copies is to make the reader click!

These are written to grab the reader’s attention and then give them a reason to leave whatever platform they’re on and come into your world to be sold to.

They don’t sell Lambos on the sidewalk; they sell them in a showroom.

Use Short Form Copy to get people in from the “sidewalk” and into your “showroom”.

Understanding the process of not selling in a chaotic environment is the goal we’re aiming at.

That’s how you sell a product using copywriting.

But how to write these short form copies?

There are 3 basic types of frameworks used to write Short Form Copy.

  • D-I-C framework (Disrupt-Intrigue-click framework)

The DIC Framework is all about grabbing attention, building massive intrigue, and then directing the reader to click.

  • P-A-S Framework( Pain-Amplify-Solution)

The PAS Framework is all about triggering massive emotional motivation in the reader’s mind to make them act.

  • H-S-O Framework( Hook-Story-Offer)

The HSO Framework is all about shifting belief and inspiring desire using the power of story.

Learn these frameworks and master the Short Form Copy.

And here’s an exercise for you….

Write three different emails using these frameworks for a nutrition brand. For example: MyProtein (you can choose any). Choose any product and practice your skills.
