How I found my Niche!
If you don’t have a Niche, you will have a hard time making $$$ online.
This is the harsh truth that many people try to avoid.
But avoiding it won’t make things easier.
You will have to find your niche.
But HOW?
That’s where I was stuck for months.
But then I found a HACK that changed things forever.
I started my copywriting journey in February 2023.
The learning phase was awesome, and I enjoyed each and every second of it.
I was excited to write copies and practiced every day.
The course got over, they told me to find potential clients and reach out to them.
I was confident in my skills, and I was ready to reach out too.
But the issue was, “Whom should I reach out to?”
Where can I find them?
I knew I should find them on social media and YouTube.
But what should I type in the search box?
These questions haunted me for months.
I couldn’t find the answer to them and got stuck in my career as a copywriter.
I tried to find the solutions on YouTube.
But all of them were telling me the same bullshit: “find your niche, look for clients on social media.”
But no one told me how.
Every day I sit in my room and stare at the screen for hours, and then I end up scrolling.
But one day, while scrolling, I found a video.
It was about a prompt for chat GPT.
The prompt was (this is long, but don’t ignore it, it’s important):
‘In a minute, I am going to ask you to write some copy for my business. This will include blog content, Instagram posts, and sales emails. Before we begin, I want you to fully understand my business and customers. Ask me at least 20 questions about my business, customers, audience, and anything else you need in order to complete the tasks to the best of your ability.”
phew! That was quite a task to type.
Yeah, so this was the prompt.
I quickly got an Idea and transformed it to find my niche.
I used this prompt and edited it according to my preferences.
I asked GPT to find me sub-niches based on my interests and experience, and ask me 20 questions that would help it find sub-niches for me.
It gave me 20 questions, I answered them, and BOOM!
It gave me 15 sub-niches.
I selected 2 of them that I liked the most (all of them were awesome though).
Now it was all clear in my head.
I knew what I should type in the search box.
I went to YouTube and Instagram and spent the next week trying to find potential clients.
When I had 50+, I started doing personalized outreach to them.
In the next 2 weeks I landed my first ever client!
I worked with him and got paid.
After finding my niche, It was not that hard to find clients.
I know you are smart enough to tailor this prompt according to your preferences.
Do it right now and find your niche.
